ROSE II KIT, NO. 137CE II
This pretty flower is handmade in Romanian Point Lace technique. It is sold as a kit and each kit contains: DMC Cebelia crochet cotton thread No.20 for crocheting the braids and size 20 or 30 for needle lace stitches; reusable fabric pattern; sewing coloured thread and one sharp pointed needle for basting the braids on the fabric pattern; one tapestry needle, size 24 for working the needle lace stitches; easy-to-follow, step-by-step illustrated instructions and the picture of the finished pattern. A steel crochet hook(hk) 1.15-1.25mm (10-9 steel U.S.A.) is required(not included in the kit). The finished size of the pattern is 7.5" x 4"(19cm x 10cm). This pattern would make a very pretty applique to a garment.
